These instructions pertain to online application for admission to Std 1 in Kendriya Vidyalayas for the academic year 2024-2025. In the remainder of these instructions, a "Vidyalaya" means a Kendriya Vidyalaya.
Please familiarize yourself with Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS) admission rules, regulations and guidelines available at this link .
You are strongly advised NOT to submit multiple applications to the same Vidyalaya for the same child. If multiple registration forms are submitted for the same child in the same Kendriya Vidyalaya, only the last application will be considered in admission process. In a double shift Kendriya Vidyalaya, each shift will be treated as separate Vidyalaya for admission purpose.
a valid mobile number with Indian SIM card,
a valid email address,
a digital photograph or scanned photograph of the child seeking admission (JPEG file of size at most 256KB),
a scan copy of the child’s birth certificate (JPEG or PDF file of size at most 256KB),
details of government certificate in case you are applying under economically weak section,
transfer details of parent whose service credentials will be used in the application.
Registering on the portal: On successful registration, you will be assigned a unique Login Code . Please note down your unique Login Code carefully.
Filling and submitting application: The Login Code obtained after registration must be used to login and fill the online application form. You can indicate choice of up to three (3) different Vidyalayas in India, without any preference between Vidyalayas, in a single form. After filling in the application form, it must be submitted by clicking on the Submit Application button. On successful submission, you will be assigned a unique Application Submission Code , that is different from the Login Code . You will also be shown a list of original documents to be submitted to a Vidyalaya at the time of admission in case provisional admission is offered by the Vidyalaya. Please note down your Application Submission Code and the list of documents to be submitted at the time of admission carefully.
Only after both steps 5a and 5b above have been completed, is the application process completed. Completing only step 5a will NOT result in your application being submitted to KVS.
Your application is NOT submitted and your application data will NOT be visible to KVS until you receive an Application Submission Code from the online admission portal.
Completing the registration and submitting an application requires use of one-time password (OTP) that is sent by SMS to the mobile number provided during registration. You are strongly advised to register your own mobile number (with Indian SIM card) and not that of relatives, friends, agents, cyber-cafe operators or others.
Details provided at the time of registration cannot be subsequently changed in the admission form. Please enter these details correctly and exactly as per documentary evidence (like birth certificate) available with them.
In the application form, a Save Application button has been provided to help you save (possibly partially filled) data, and resume filling the form at a later time.
By clicking the Save Application button, the form is only saved for you to continue filling it in a later session. The form is NOT submitted to KVS by clicking on the Save Application button. The only way to submit the form to KVS is by clicking on the Submit Application button after filling in the entire form, at the end of which an Application Submission Code is generated.
Once an application form has been submitted and Application Submission Code generated, the submitted application form cannot be edited.
If you realize that incorrect information has been submitted in your application, you have the option to cancel your submitted application. Canceling a submitted application requires use of an OTP that is sent to your registered mobile number. This is meant to prevent accidental cancelation of a submitted application. An application, once canceled, cannot be revived, and the Application Submission Code for the application becomes null and void. Data from a canceled application form will NOT be visible to KVS after cancelation of the form.
After canceling a submitted application, you can re-apply using the same Login Code before the last date of submission of applications. However, this will be treated as a fresh application, and must be filled in and submitted all over again. A new Application Submission Code will be generated when the fresh application form is submitted.
Only your Application Submission Code (and not your Login Code ) must be used for all communication with KVS and with the Vidyalayas you have applied to.
All fields in the online form marked with a red * are mandatory, and must be filled in. The portal will not allow you to proceed until all mandatory fields are filled in.
For admission application under Special Provisions as detailed in KVS guidelines (see here) , except in Single Girl Child category, please submit the online application form through the portal, and then contact the Principal of the concerned Vidyalaya directly (not through the admission portal), citing your Application Submission Code along with all documentary evidence required for applying under ‘Special Provisions’.
For admission application in Single Girl Child category, please submit the online application form and upload required documents like any other admission application. There is no need to contact the Principal of the Vidyalaya (to which the child is seeking admission) directly in this case.
For twins/triplets/… who are eligible for admission in Single Girl Child category as per KVS guidelines (see here) , you must register, fill in and submit the online application form separately for each sibling. To ensure that the applications are considered together for admission in Single Girl Child category, the individual applications must be linked using a Linking Code generated by the online admission portal. Please see detailed instructions for generating and using Linking Code in point (xi) of Section (2.4.1) of instructions (Instructions for filling in admission application form and uploading documents).
Mere registration and submission of the application form DOES NOT confer a right to admission to any child. Admissions will be offered by individual Vidyalayas, depending on available seats and as per KVS guidelines (see here) after examining application details, and after originals of all required documents have been produced at the time of admission.
Please check the results/shortlists of admissions with individual Vidyalayas on the dates announced by KVS/individual Vidyalayas for declaration of admission results.
In case provisional admission is given by a Vidyalaya after the results are announced, originals of all supporting documents listed while submitting the form must be presented to the concerned Vidyalaya at the time of admission. Failure to provide these original documents may lead to the admission being canceled.

The online admission application process includes the following steps.

Registration (sign-up) of first-time user
Login (sign-in) to the admission application portal
Filling in admission application form and uploading documents
Reviewing form, checking declaration and submitting form
Acknowledgement of submission
First name of child : This is a mandatory field. The first name must only contain letters from the English alphabet, space or dot (.) with the first character necessarily being an English letter. The data entered here can not be modified after sign-up.
Middle name of child : The data entered here can not be modified after sign-up. The middle name can only contain letters from the English alphabet, space and dot (.) with the first character necessarily being an English letter.
Last name of child: The data entered here can not be modified after sign-up. The last name can only contain letters from the English alphabet, space and dot (.) with the first character necessarily being an English letter. Parents are advised to enter the first, middle and last names of the child exactly as in the birth certificate (or other admissible document certifying the name of the child).
Is the child CwSN / differently-abled? : This is a mandatory field. Please select Yes if applicable, otherwise select No . This information cannot be modified after sign up. If you indicate Yes here, the original document of proof of disability must be produced at the time of admission, if a Vidyalaya offers provisional admission to the child. Such a proof includes a certificate from the civil surgeon / rehabilitation centre or any other competent authority defined by the Government of India O.M. No. 36035/5/88/Estt.(sct) dated 4.5.1999 certifying the child to be handicapped, wherever applicable. In case, where the handicap of the child can be visually seen by the Principal, the child may be accepted as handicapped even without a certificate. However, the parent may be advised to obtain the relevant certificate from the competent authority and submit the same to the Vidyalaya at a later time.
Date of birth of child: This is a mandatory field. Please enter date of birth as per birth certificate of the child, issued by competent authority. This information cannot be changed after sign-up. Important: As per KVS admission guidelines, the minimum age for admission to Std 1 is 6 years and the maximum admissible age is 8 years as on 1 April, 2024, with a 2 year relaxation in upper age limit of "Differently Abled" applicants. Thus, the allowed range of date of birth of a child seeking admission to Std 1 in 2024-2025 is: 1 April, 2016 to 1 April, 2018 for applications not in the "Differently Abled" category. The allowed range of date of birth of a child seeking admission in the "Differently Abled" category is 1 April, 2014 to 1 April, 2018. If the date of birth does not lie in the above mentioned range, sign-up/registration will not be allowed. A scan/picture of proof of date of birth (JPEG file of size at most 256KB) must be uploaded while submitting the online admission form. You are therefore advised to keep the scanned proof handy. For admission to Std 1, certificate of proof of age must be in the form of a birth certificate issued by the authority competent to register births. This will include certificates from Notified Area Council / Municipality / Municipal Corporation / extract about the date of birth from records of Village Panchayat, Military Hospital and service records of Defence personnel. If a Vidyalaya offers provisional admission to a child, the original certificate of date of birth must be produced at the time of admission. This will be returned after verification.
Whether child of KVS employee: This is a mandatory field. This information cannot be changed after sign-up. Please select an appropriate option from the drop-down menu depending on whether any of the child’s parents is a KVS employee. If any of the parents is a KVS employee, please indicate so from the drop-down menu otherwise select Not Applicable option. Children of serving KVS employees are provided admission under Special Provisions as detailed in KVS admission guidelines (see here) . If a Vidyalaya offers provisional admission to a child under this category, documented proof of the parent being a KVS employee must be produced at the time of admission. This will be returned after verification.
Email address : This is a mandatory field and cannot be changed after sign-up. Please enter a valid email address. This email address will be used for further communication by KVS / Vidyalayas, if required.
Mobile number: This is a mandatory field and cannot be changed after sign-up. Please enter a valid mobile number with an Indian SIM card . This mobile number will be used for sending OTPs during the registration process, during submission of the application form and also if you wish to cancel a submitted application. This number will also be used for further communication by KVS/Vidyalayas, if required. Hence, you are strongly advised to give your own mobile number, and not that of friend, relatives, agents, cyber-cafe operators or others. IMPORTANT: Information entered in the above fields during registration will be displayed pre-filled in the admission application form, and can not be modified when filling the admission application form. Therefore, parents are advised to enter these information carefully.

Whether applying in Single Girl Child category: This field is enabled as a mandatory field only if the gender of the child seeking admission is Female . Otherwise this field does not appear in the form. Please check KVS admission rules (see here) carefully to determine if the child seeking admission qualifies for admission in Single Girl Child (SGC) category. If the child qualifies and if you wish the child to be considered for admission in SGC category, please select "Yes" . Otherwise, select "No" . If you choose "Yes" , and if provisional admission is offered to the child by a Vidyalaya in SGC category, you must submit an affidavit certifying that the child is a single girl child at the time of admission. As per KVS admission rules, admission to Std 1 in Single Girl Child (SGC) category is restricted to a maximum of two admissions per section of Std 1 in each Vidyalaya per year. However, twin/triplet/... girls who have no additional siblings (other than the twins/triplets/…) can apply for admission to a Vidyalaya in SGC category, and their applications will be considered together as a single application for purposes of admission in SGC category. For each such twin/triplet/… girl child, you are required to register (sing up) separately, and also fill up and submit the admission application form for each child separately. However, in order for the applications of twin/triplet/… girl siblings to be considered as a single application for purposes of admission in SGC category, their applications must be linked using a Linking Code. You are strongly advised to choose the highest applicable service priority category independently for each Vidyalaya you are applying to, as this can affect the chances of admission of the child in the Vidyalaya.
Parent’s retirement date: Please enter parent’s ( whose priority service category is chosen) retirement date. It is a mandatory field. If the selected vidyalaya comes under school category IHL school / Project schools and applicant has chosen priority service category as 1 and service subcategory as e. Retired Parents who were permanent employees in IHL school OR c. Retired project employees who are parents, for the selected school, then only this field is displayed and is mandatory. Otherwise this field will not be displayed in the online form. This field will be asked separately for each individual schools.
Whether selected parent has been transferred in last 7 years, as on date: If this information is not relevant for the service priority category chosen above, this field will not be displayed. Otherwise, select "Yes" or "No/Not Applicable" as appropriate. Note: An employee would be treated as transferred only if he/she has been transferred by the competent authority from one place/urban agglomeration to another place/urban agglomeration which is at a distance of at least 20 kms and minimum period of stay at a place should be six months. Please fill the table with transfer details (during last 7 years with effect from 01-04-2017 onwards): Enter transfer details which are to be considered for admission. To add a new row in the table, click on "Add Transfer Details" button. To delete a row, click on "Delete" button. All transfer details that do not meet the criteria of distance being at least 20 kms and minimum period of stay being at least 6 months will be automatically disqualified, will not be stored and will not be counted as eligible transfers for purposes of admission. If you are continuing at your present location as of the date of submitting your application, please do not add the present date (date of application) under "Date of Release".
For admission to Std 1, certificate of proof of age in the form of a birth certificate issued by the authority competent to register births. This will include certificates from Notified Area Council / Municipality / Municipal Corporation / extract about the date of birth from records of Village Panchayat, Military Hospital and service records of Defence personnel. A scan/picture of this certificate must be uploaded on the online admission portal . The original certificate of date of birth should be produced before the Vidyalaya at the time of admission. This will be returned to the parent after verification by the Vidyalaya.
For children applying under SC/ST/OBC (NCL)/EWS/BPL category, a certificate stating that the child belongs to the Scheduled Caste /Scheduled Tribe / EWS / OBC (Non-Creamy Layer ) / EWS / BPL category (as applicable), issued by the competent authority in concerned State Government / Union Government must be provided at the time of admission. The certificate in respect of either of the parents may be accepted initially for the purpose of admission, if this certificate is not available for the child. However, the certificate in respect of the child has to be submitted within a period of 03 months from the date of admission.
For children applying under "CwSN / Differently Abled" category, a certificate from the civil surgeon / rehabilitation centre or any other competent authority defined by the Government of India O.M. No. 36035/5/88/Estt.(sct) dated 4.5.1999 certifying the child to be handicapped, wherever applicable. In case, where the handicap of the child can be visually seen by the Principal of a Vidyalaya, the child may be accepted as handicapped even without a certificate. However, the parent may be advised to obtain the relevant certificate from the competent authority and submit the same to the Vidyalaya at the earliest.
For children applying under a service category in which transfers are to be taken into account, a service certificate showing the number of transfers during the preceding 7 years duly signed and stamped by the head of office bearing the name, designation and other relevant particulars in block letters.

Mere registration and submission of an admission application form does confer a right to admission to any Kendriya Vidyalaya.
Incomplete application forms shall be rejected. In case vacancies remain after all complete and submitted applications have been duly considered, the Principal of a Vidyalaya may allow completion of the form later at her/his discretion.
Admission secured on the basis of any wrong/forged certificate shall be cancelled by the Principal forthwith and no appeal against such action of the Principal shall be entertained.
For admission to class I, the registrations will be done through online mode. In a double shift Kendriya Vidyalaya, each shift will be treated as separate Vidyalaya for admission purpose. No change of shift will be permitted. If multiple registration forms are submitted for the same child in the same Kendriya Vidyalaya, only the last application will be considered.
In respect of Category I, II, III and IV admissions, the veracity of the Certificates submitted by the parents in proof of their service must be invariably verified by the Principal of the corresponding Vidyalaya.

Canceling an already submitted application form To cancel an already submitted application form, you need to login to the portal using the same Login Code used to fill and submit the application. The status of your application will be displayed as "Submitted" along with the date and time when you submitted the form. A button labeled "Cancel Your submitted application form" will also be shown. On clicking this button, an OTP will be sent to registered mobile number (this is to prevent accidental cancelation of your application). After entering the OTP correctly on the portal, your submitted application will be canceled and status of the application will be changed to "Canceled" . An email and SMS will also be sent to registered email address and registered mobile number respectively informing you about the cancelation of your application. Your Application Submission Code will no longer be valid, and no information provided by you in the canceled application will be visible to KVS. In effect, your application will NOT be considered by KVS any more for admission .

Re-Applying after canceling a submitted application form: After canceling a submitted application, you can re-apply using the same Login Code . In order to do this, please login using your Login Code (the same one that you had used to submit and subsequently cancel the submitted application form). You will see a message saying your earlier submitted application form was canceled. You will also see two buttons labeled "Re-Apply with existing data" and "Re-Apply afresh" . To use data from the last submitted and cancelled application form (so that it is easier for you to re-apply), click the button labeled "Re-apply with existing data" . On clicking this button, a fresh application form (this is NOT the same as your cancelled application form) will open with previously entered data pre-filled. You can now make any required changes and submit the fresh application form, resulting in the generation of a new Application Submission Code . To re-apply without using data from the last submitted and cancelled application, simply click on the "Re-Apply afresh" button. A fresh application form with only pre-filled registration data will open. This form can now be filled and submitted, resulting in the generation of a new Application Submission Code . The new Application Submission Code will be used for all subsequent processing of your newly submitted application and for further use by the schools. Your earlier Application Submission Code is invalid and will not be available to KVS .

पंजीकरण के समय प्रदान किए गए विवरण को बाद में आवेदन पत्र में नहीं बदला जा सकता। अतः कृपया इन विवरणों को उपलब्ध दस्तावेजी साक्ष्य (जैसे जन्म प्रमाण पत्र) के अनुसार सही दर्ज करें।
आवेदन फॉर्म में, आवेदकों को (संभवत: आंशिक रूप से भरे हुए) डाटा सुरक्षित रखने में मदद करने के लिए और बाद में आवेदन फार्म पुन: भरने के लिए एक "सेव एप्लीकेशन" बटन प्रदान किया गया है।
ध्यान दें कि ‘सेव एप्लिकेशन’ बटन पर क्लिक करके फ़ॉर्म डाटा को केवल सहेजा जाता है जिससे आप बाद में इसे भरना जारी रख सकें । "सेव एप्लीकेशन" बटन दबाने से फार्म डाटा केविसं में जमा नहीं होता है। केविसं में फ़ॉर्म जमा करने का एकमात्र तरीका है कि "सबमिट एप्लिकेशन" बटन पर क्लिक करें एवं "एप्लिकेशन सबमिशन कोड" प्राप्त करें ।
एक बार आवेदन पत्र जमा हो जाने और एप्लीकेशन सबमिशन कोड प्राप्त होने के बाद, जमा किए गए आवेदन फॉर्म को संशोधित नहीं किया जा सकता है।
यदि आपको पता चलता है कि आपके आवेदन में गलत जानकारी दर्ज हो गई है, तो आपके पास जमा किये आवेदन को रद्द करने का विकल्प है। जमा किए गए आवेदन को रद्द करने के लिए एक ओटीपी का उपयोग होता है जो आपके पंजीकृत मोबाइल नंबर पर भेजा जाता है। यह प्रक्रिया एक जमा किये आवेदन को गलती से रद्द करने से रोकने के लिए है। एक बार रद्द कर दिया गया आवेदन मान्य नहीं हो सकता, एवं उस आवेदन के लिए प्राप्त "एप्लिकेशन सबमिशन कोड" भी अमान्य हो जाता है। रद्द किए गए आवेदन पत्र का डेटा केविसं को उपलब्ध नहीं होगा ।
यदि आप जमा किए गए आवेदन को रद्द करते हैं, तो आप आवेदन जमा करने की अंतिम तिथि से पहले अपने उसी लॉगिन कोड का उपयोग करके फिर से आवेदन कर सकते हैं। यह एक नया आवेदन माना जायेगा, इसलिए इसे भरने के बाद पुनः जमा करना होगा, नया आवेदन फॉर्म जमा करने पर नया "एप्लिकेशन सबमिशन कोड" प्राप्त होगा ।
केविसं एवं आवेदन किए गए विद्यालय के साथ किसी भी तरह के संचार के लिए केवल आपके एप्लिकेशन सबमिशन कोड (न कि लॉगिन कोड) का ही उपयोग किया जाना चाहिए ।
ऑनलाइन फॉर्म में लाल * चिह्नित सभी फ़ील्ड अनिवार्य हैं, एवं इनको भरना आवश्यक है। पोर्टल आपको तब तक आगे बढ़ने की अनुमति नहीं देगा, जब तक सभी अनिवार्य फ़ील्ड भरीं नहीं जातीं ।
केविसं दिशानिर्देशों (यहाँ देखें) , में वर्णित "विशेष प्रावधान" के अंतर्गत, इकलौती कन्या संतान श्रेणी (एस जी सी) के अलावा, प्रवेश के लिए अभिवावकों को ऑनलाइन आवेदन फार्म पोर्टल के माध्यम से जमा करना होगा और फिर पोर्टल द्वारा निर्दिष्ट यूनिक एप्लिकेशन सबमिशन नंबर और "विशेष प्रावधान" के अंतर्गत आवेदन करने के लिए आवश्यक सभी दस्तावेजी साक्ष्यों (हार्ड कॉपी) सहित संबंधित विद्यालय के प्राचार्य से सीधे (प्रवेश पोर्टल के माध्यम से नहीं) संपर्क करना होगा ।
इकलौती कन्या संतान ( एस जी सी) श्रेणी के अंतर्गत प्रवेश के लिए आवेदन हेतु अभिवावकों को ऑनलाइन आवेदन फार्म और पोर्टल में अपेक्षित सभी आवश्यक दस्तावेजों को किसी अन्य प्रवेश आवेदन की तरह ही जमा करना होगा। इस मामले में विद्यालय (जिसमें बच्चे का प्रवेश चाहिए) के प्राचार्य से सीधे संपर्क करने की कोई आवश्यकता नहीं है।
केविसं दिशानिर्देशों (यहाँ देखें) के अनुसार जुड़वाँ / ट्रिप्लेट / ...बहनें जो सिंगल गर्ल चाइल्ड श्रेणी ( एस जी सी) में प्रवेश के लिए पात्र हैं उन बच्चियों के लिए अलग अलग पंजीकरण करना होगा, ऑनलाइन आवेदन पत्र भरना और जमा करना होगा। यह सुनिश्चित करने के लिए कि सिंगल गर्ल चाइल्ड श्रेणी में प्रवेश के लिए इन आवेदनों पर एक साथ विचार किया जाए, प्रत्येक आवेदन पत्र को ऑनलाइन प्रवेश पोर्टल द्वारा प्राप्त लिंकिंग कोड का उपयोग करके जोड़ा जाना चाहिए। कृपया दिशा निर्देश के (प्रवेश आवेदन पत्र भरने और दस्तावेज़ अपलोड करने के लिए निर्देश) खंड (4) के उप-खंड (4a) के बिंदु (xi) में लिंकिंग कोड को प्राप्त करने और उपयोग करने के लिए विस्तृत निर्देश देखें ।
केवल पंजीकरण और आवेदन फॉर्म जमा करने मात्र से ही बच्चे को प्रवेश का अधिकार प्राप्त नहीं होगा। प्रत्येक विद्यालय द्वारा उपलब्ध सीटों के आधार पर और केविसं दिशानिर्देशों के अनुसार (यहाँ देखें) , आवेदन विवरणों की जांच के बाद और प्रवेश के समय सभी आवश्यक दस्तावेजों की मूल प्रति प्रस्तुत किये जाने के बाद ही, प्रवेश दिया जाएगा।
प्रवेश परिणामों की घोषणा के लिए केविसं / संबंधित विद्यालयों द्वारा घोषित तिथि पर ही संबंधित विद्यालयों में प्रवेश के परिणामों / शॉर्टलिस्ट को जांचें।
यदि प्रवेश परिणाम घोषित होने के बाद किसी विद्यालय द्वारा अस्थायी( प्रोविशनल) प्रवेश दिया जाता है, तो ऑनलाइन आवेदन जमा करते समय सूचीबद्ध सभी सहायक दस्तावेजों के मूल( ओरिजिनल) दस्तावेज प्रवेश के समय संबंधित विद्यालय में प्रस्तुत किया जाना चाहिए। इन मूल दस्तावेजों को प्रस्तुत नहीं करने पर प्रवेश रद्द किया जा सकता है।

बच्चे का मध्य नाम : मध्य नाम में केवल अंग्रेजी वर्णमाला के अक्षर , स्पेस( खाली स्थान ) या डॉट (.) ही मान्य हैं , एवं पहला अक्षर अंग्रेजी का अक्षर होना अनिवार्य है । यहां दर्ज किए गए डाटा को साइन अप करने के बाद संशोधित नहीं किया जा सकता है।
बच्चे का उपनाम : उप नाम में केवल अंग्रेजी वर्णमाला के अक्षर , स्पेस( खाली स्थान ) या डॉट (.) ही मान्य हैं , एवं पहला अक्षर अंग्रेजी का अक्षर होना अनिवार्य है । यहां दर्ज किए गए डाटा को साइन अप करने के बाद संशोधित नहीं किया जा सकता है । अभिवावकों को बच्चे का प्रथम, मध्य और उपनाम जन्म प्रमाण पत्र (या अन्य स्वीकार्य दस्तावेज, जो कि बच्चे के नाम को प्रमाणित करते हैं) में दिए गए अनुसार ही भरने की सलाह दी जाती है।
क्या बच्चा दिव्यांग श्रेणी में है ? यह एक अनिवार्य जानकारी है । यदि लागू हो तबकृपया ‘हाँ’ चुने, अन्यथा ‘नहीं’ चुने। यह जानकारी साइन-अप के बाद संशोधित नहीं की जा सकती है । यदि आप यहाँ हाँ विकल्प चुनते हैं, एवं यदि विद्यालय द्वारा बच्चे को प्रोविशनल प्रवेश दिया जाता है, तब प्रवेश के समय विद्यालय में विकलांगता प्रमाणपत्र प्रस्तुत करना होगा । इस तरह के प्रमाण के लिए निम्न लिखित स्वीकृत हैं :- विकलांग बच्चे के संबंध में भारत सरकार के दिनांक 04.05.1999 के कार्यालय ज्ञापन संख्या 36035/85/स्था./(एससीटी) में परिभाषित सिविल सर्जन/पुनर्वास केंद्र अथवा किसी सक्षम प्राधिकारी द्वारा जारी प्रमाण-पत्र जिसमें बच्चे की विकलांगता प्रमाणित (जहां भी लागू हो) की गई हो । उन मामलों में जहां बच्चे की विकलांगता प्राचार्य द्वारा स्वयं स्पष्ट रूप से देखी जा सकती है उस स्थिति में बिना किसी प्रमाण-पत्र के विकलांगता मानी जाए । तथापि अभिवावक को सक्षम अधिकारी से प्रमाण-पत्र प्राप्त करने की सलाह देते हुए इसे बाद में जमा करने के लिए कहा जाए।
बच्चे की जन्मतिथि : यह एक अनिवार्य जानकारी है । कृपया इसे सक्षम प्राधिकारी द्वारा आपके बच्चे के लिए जारी किए गए जन्म प्रमाण पत्र के अनुसार ही दर्ज करें । यह जानकारी साइन-अप के बाद संशोधित नहीं की जा सकती है । महत्वपूर्ण : कृपया नोट करे कि 01.04.2024 को कक्षा 1 में प्रवेश के लिए बच्चे की न्यूनतम आयु 06 वर्ष एवं अधिकतम आयु 08 वर्ष होनी आवश्यक है जिसमें "दिव्यांग" आवेदकों को अधिकतम दो वर्ष की छूट प्रदान है । इस प्रकार "दिव्यांग" श्रेणी को छोड़कर प्रवेश के इच्छुक बच्चे की जन्म तिथि की अनुमत सीमा 01.04.2016 से 01.04.2018 है । "दिव्यांग" श्रेणी के अंतर्गत प्रवेश के इच्छुक बच्चे की जन्मतिथि की अनुमत सीमा 01.04.2014 से 01.04.2018 है । यदि दी गई जन्मतिथि उपर्युक्त वर्णित के अनुसार नहीं है तो साइन अप/ पंजीकरण की अनुमति नहीं दी जाएगी । ऑनलाइन आवेदन फार्म जमा करते समय जन्मतिथि के प्रमाण का एक स्कैन / चित्र अपलोड किया जाना आवश्यक है । अतः आपको स्कैन किए गए प्रमाण को तैयार रखने की सलाह दी जाती है। कक्षा 1 के लिए, आयु का प्रमाण सक्षम प्राधिकारी द्वारा जारी जन्म प्रमाण-पत्र के रूप में होना चाहिए। इसमें अधिसूचित क्षेत्रीय परिषद/नगर पालिका/नगर निगम के प्रमाण-पत्र, ग्राम पंचायत, सैनिक अस्पताल और रक्षा कर्मियों के सेवा अभिलेखों के जन्मतिथि संबंधी उद्धरणों को लिया जाएगा । यदि प्रवेश हुआ, तब प्रवेश के समय जन्म तिथि का मूल प्रमाणपत्र प्रस्तुत किया जाना चाहिए, जिसे सत्यापन के बाद अभिवावक को वापस कर दिया जाएगा।
क्या केवीएस कर्मचारियों के बच्चे हैं : यह एक अनिवार्य जानकारी है और इसे पंजीकरण के बाद संशोधित नहीं किया जा सकता है। कृपया उपयुक्त विकल्प का चयन करें। अगर किसी बच्चे के माता/पिता केविसं के कर्मचारी हैं या थे, तो उपयुक्त विकल्प का चयन करें। अन्यथा "लागू नहीं" विकल्प का चयन करें। केविसं में सेवारत कर्मचारियों के बच्चों को केविसं प्रवेश दिशानिर्देशों (यहाँ देखें) के अनुसार विशेष प्रावधान के तहत प्रवेश दिया जाता है। यदि किसी विद्यालय द्वारा इस श्रेणी के अंतर्गत किसी बच्चे को प्रोविशनल प्रवेश दिया जाता है, तो प्रवेश के समय माता/पिता को केविसं कर्मचारी होने का प्रमाण प्रस्तुत करना होगा। सत्यापन के बाद इसे वापस कर दिया जाएगा।
ईमेल पता : यह एक अनिवार्य जानकारी है और साइन-अप के बाद इसे बदला नहीं जा सकता। कृपया एक वैध ईमेल पता डालें। यदि आवश्यक हुआ तो केविसं/विद्यालय द्वारा आगे संपर्क करने के लिए इसका प्रयोग किया जाएगा ।
मोबाइल नंबर : यह एक अनिवार्य फ़ील्ड है और साइन-अप के बाद इसे बदला नहीं जा सकता। कृपया भारतीय सिम कार्ड वाला वैध मोबाइल नंबर ही दर्ज करें। इस मोबाइल नंबर का उपयोग पंजीकरण प्रक्रिया, आवेदन पत्र को जमा करने के दौरान तथा यदि आप जमा आवेदन को रद्द करना चाहते हैं, तो ओटीपी भेजने के लिए किया जाएगा। इसके अलावा आवश्यकता होने पर इस नंबर का उपयोग केविसं / विद्यालय द्वारा आगे संपर्क करने के लिए भी किया जाएगा। इसलिए, आपको सलाह दी जाती है कि आप अपना स्वयं का मोबाइल नंबर ही दें, न कि मित्र, रिश्तेदार, एजेंट्स, साइबर कैफे संचालक या अन्य किसी का । महत्वपूर्ण : पंजीकरण के दौरान उपरोक्त फ़ील्ड में दी गई जानकारी प्रवेश आवेदन फॉर्म में पहले से ही उपयुक्त स्थान पर भरी हुई प्रदर्शित होंगी । आवेदन फार्म भरते समय इन्हें संशोधित नहीं किया जा सकता है । अत: अभिवावकों को इन जानकारियों को बहुत सावधानी से भरने की सलाह दी जाती है ।
ऊपर दिखाया गया कैप्चा कोड दर्ज करें: यह एक अनिवार्य फील्ड है। आगे बढ़ने के लिए आपको कैप्चा कोड दर्ज करना ही होगा। यदि आप दिखाया गया कैप्चा कोड समझने में असमर्थ हैं, तो एक नया कैप्चा कोड उत्पन्न करने के लिए कैप्चा कोड के बगल में दो अर्ध-गोलाकार तीर के साथ बने बटन को दबा सकते हैं। उपरोक्त सभी विवरण दर्ज करने के बाद, रजिस्टर बटन पर क्लिक करें। कृपया सुनिश्चित करें कि आपका मोबाइल (ऊपर दिए गए नंबर वाला ) ठीक से काम कर रहा है ताकि उसमें एसएमएस द्वारा भेजा जाने वाला ओटीपी प्राप्त हो सके। रजिस्टर बटन पर क्लिक करने के बाद ऊपर दिए गए मोबाइल नंबर पर एसएमएस द्वारा एक बार इस्तेमाल किये जाने वाला पासवर्ड ( ओटीपी ) भेजा जाएगा। यह ओटीपी केवल 15 मिनट के लिए वैध होगा।
ओटीपी दर्ज करें: यह एक अनिवार्य फ़ील्ड है। दर्ज किए गए मोबाइल नंबर को सत्यापित करने के लिए आपके मोबाइल में एसएमएस द्वारा प्राप्त ओटीपी को सही ढंग से यहाँ दर्ज करें । अपने मोबाइल पर प्राप्त ओटीपी को सही ढंग से दर्ज करने के बाद, वेरीफाई बटन पर क्लिक करें। टिप्पणी: रजिस्टर बटन पर क्लिक करने के एक मिनट बाद "रिसेंड ओटीपी" बटन सक्षम हो जाएगा। यदि रजिस्टर बटन पर क्लिक करने के पांच मिनट तक आपके मोबाइल पर एसएमएस द्वारा ओटीपी प्राप्त नहीं होता है, और आपका मोबाइल ठीक से काम कर रहा है, तो रिसेंड ओटीपी बटन के सक्षम होते ही आप इस बटन पर क्लिक कर ओटीपी को पुनः प्राप्त कर सकते हैं। रिसेंड ओटीपी बटन को सिर्फ एक बार ही क्लिक किया जा सकता है, और उसके बाद यह बटन उपलब्ध नहीं होगा। वेरिफाई बटन पर क्लिक करने के बाद, एक पावती (एकनॉलेजमेन्ट ) पृष्ठ पर एक यूनिक लॉगिन कोड प्रदर्शित होगा । कृपया लॉगिन कोड को सहेजें, और इसे किसी के साथ साझा न करें। इस लॉगिन कोड का , प्रवेश आवेदन पोर्टल में लॉगिन कर प्रवेश फॉर्म भरने और जमा करने के लिए उपयोग किया जाएगा। लॉगिन कोड पंजीकृत ईमेल पते और पंजीकृत मोबाइल नंबर (एसएमएस द्वारा) पर भी भेजा जाएगा आपको लॉगिन कोड वाले पावती (एकनॉलेजमेन्ट ) पृष्ठ को सहेजने और प्रिंट करने की सलाह दी जाती है। इस लॉगिन कोड के बिना, प्रवेश आवेदन पत्र जमा करना संभव नहीं है।

दिव्यांग श्रेणी : पंजीकरण के दौरान चुना गया विकल्प यहां प्रदर्शित होगा । प्रवेश आवेदन फार्म में इसमें संशोधन नहीं किया जा सकता है । यदि पंजीकरण के दौरान "दिव्यांग " श्रेणी का चयन किया जाता है, तो बच्चे के आवेदन पर शिक्षा का अधिकार ( आरटीई ) श्रेणी के अंतर्गत स्वतः ही प्रवेश के लिए विचार किया जाएगा, बशर्ते बच्चे का निवास विद्यालय से केवीएस प्रवेश दिशानिर्देश (यहाँ देखें) के अनुसार निर्धारित दूरी के भीतर हो । यदि पंजीकरण के दौरान दिव्यांग श्रेणी विकल्प चुना जाता है, तो ही विकलांगता का प्रकार फील्ड प्रदर्शित होगी एवं भरना अनिवार्य है।
दिव्यांगता का प्रकार (यदि दिव्यांग श्रेणी का चयन किया जाता है): यह फ़ील्ड अनिवार्य फ़ील्ड के रूप में तभी इनेबल होगी जब पंजीकरण के दौरान "दिव्यांग " श्रेणी को चुना जाता है। अन्यथा, यह फ़ील्ड आवेदन पत्र में उपलब्ध नहीं होगी। यदि दिव्यांग श्रेणी को चुना जाता है, तो दिव्यांगता के प्रकारों के साथ एक ड्रॉप डाउन सूची (शारीरिक रूप से दिव्यांग /दृष्टि बाधित / श्रवण बाधित / ऑटिज़्म / अन्य ) प्रदर्शित की जाएगी। बच्चे की विकलांगता के अनुसार सूची से उपयुक्त विकल्प का चयन करें।
लिंग : यह अनिवार्य फ़ील्ड है। पुरुष / महिला / थर्ड जेंडर विकल्पों में से कृपया उपयुक्त विकल्प का चयन करें ।
क्या इकलौती कन्या संतान श्रेणी (एस जी सी श्रेणी) के अंतर्गत आवेदन कर रहे है: यदि बच्चे का लिंग महिला के रूप में चुना जाता है, तभी यह फील्ड इनेबल होगी। अन्यथा, यह फ़ील्ड आवेदन पत्र में उपलब्ध नहीं होगी। कृपया केविसं प्रवेश नियमों (यहाँ देखें) को ध्यान से पढ़ें कि प्रवेश पाने की इच्छुक बालिका "सिंगल गर्ल चाइल्ड" (एस जी सी) श्रेणी ी में प्रवेश के लिए निर्धारित पात्रता को पूर्ण करती है। यदि बालिका पात्र है और यदि आप चाहते हैं कि बालिका को एस जी सी श्रेणी में प्रवेश के लिए माना जाए, तो कृपया "हाँ" चुनें। अन्यथा, "नहीं" चुनें। यदि आप "हाँ" चुनते हैं, और यदि विद्यालय में एस जी सी श्रेणी में बच्चे को प्रोविशनल प्रवेश मिलता है, तो आपको एक शपथ पत्र प्रस्तुत करना होगा कि प्रवेश के समय बच्ची एकल बालिका( सिंगल गर्ल चाइल्ड) है। इस शपथ पत्र का प्रारूप( प्रोफार्मा) ऑनलाइन प्रवेश पोर्टल के शीर्ष पर "प्रो फॉर्मा डाक्यूमेंट्स" लिंक पर क्लिक करके प्राप्त किया जा सकता है। प्रवेश के समय शपथ पत्र प्रस्तुत न करने पर एस जी सी श्रेणी में प्रवेश की पेशकश रद्द हो सकती है।
क्या जुड़वा / ट्रिप्लेट ... बहन भी प्रवेश के लिए आवेदन कर रही है: यदि आपने सिंगल गर्ल चाइल्ड श्रेणी(एस जी सी) में आवेदन करने के लिए चुना है तब ही इस फ़ील्ड को अनिवार्य फ़ील्ड के रूप में इनेबल किया जायेगा, अन्यथा यह फ़ील्ड फ़ॉर्म में उपलब्ध नहीं होगी । यदि यह फ़ील्ड इनेबल्ड है, तो हां या नहीं का चयन करें। केविसं प्रवेश नियमों के अनुसार, सिंगल गर्ल चाइल्ड (एस जी सी) श्रेणी में कक्षा -1 में प्रवेश, प्रत्येक विद्यालय में कक्षा - 1 के प्रति सेक्शन, अधिकतम दो प्रवेशों तक ही सीमित है। हालांकि, जुड़वां / ट्रिप्लेट / ... बालिकाएँ, जिनके कोई अतिरिक्त भाई बहन नहीं हैं (जुड़वाँ / ट्रिप्लेट के अलावा), एसजीसी श्रेणी में एक विद्यालय में प्रवेश के लिए आवेदन कर सकते हैं, और उनके आवेदनों को एक साथ एक ही आवेदन की तरह एस जी सी श्रेणी में प्रवेश के लिए माना जाएगा । इस तरह के प्रत्येक जुड़वां / ट्रिप्लेट /… बालिकाओं के लिए, आपको अलग से पंजीकरण (साइन अप) करना होगा , और प्रत्येक बच्ची के लिए प्रवेश आवेदन पत्र भी अलग से भरना और जमा करना होगा । हालांकि, एस जी सी श्रेणी में जुड़वा / ट्रिप्लेट /… बालिकाओं के प्रवेश के प्रयोजन हेतु, इनके आवेदनों को एक आवेदन के रूप में माने जाने के लिए, इनके आवेदनों को लिंकिंग कोड का उपयोग करके आपस में जोड़ा जाना अनिवार्य है। लिंकिंग कोड का उपयोग करने की जानकारी के लिए कृपया निम्न बिंदु (xi) देखें।
यदि आप पहले जुड़वा / ट्रिप्लेट/.. बहन के लिए आवेदन भर रहे हैं और अभी तक लिंकिंग कोड नहीं है, तो "जनरेट लिंकिंग कोड" बटन पर क्लिक करें। यह एक लिंकिंग कोड उत्पन्न करेगा, और पॉप-अप संदेश बॉक्स में प्रदर्शित करेगा और इसे स्वतः ही एंटर लिंकिंग कोड लेबल वाले फ़ील्ड में भर देगा। कृपया जनरेट किए गए लिंकिंग कोड को ध्यानपूर्वक नोट करें और सहेजें। एस जी सी श्रेणी में प्रवेश के लिए आपको इस आवेदन को जुड़वां / ट्रिप्लेट बहन (बहनों) के आवेदन फॉर्म भरते समय लिंक करने (जोड़ने) के लिए इस लिंकिंग कोड की आवश्यकता होगी। जनरेट लिंक कोड बटन को आवेदन में केवल एक बार ही दबाया जा सकता है। आपके द्वारा लिंकिंग कोड जनरेट करने के बाद बटन अक्षम(डिसेबल) हो जायेगा।
यदि जुड़वा / ट्रिप्लेट / ... बहनों में से किसी एक के आवेदन पत्र में पहले से ही एक लिंकिंग कोड उत्पन्न किया जा चुका है, तो अन्य जुड़वां / ट्रिप्लेट / ... बहनों के आवेदन में पुनः लिंकिंग कोड उत्पन्न न करें। बल्कि, पहली जुड़वा / ट्रिप्लेट / बहन के लिए उत्पन्न किये लिंकिंग कोड को ही अन्य जुड़वां / ट्रिप्लेट / ... बहनों के आवेदन में दर्ज करें।

क्या आपको सेवा प्राथमिकता श्रेणी भरने में सहायता चाहिए ?: यह सुविधा आपको विद्यालय में प्रवेश के प्रयोजन के लिए सर्वोत्तम सेवा प्राथमिकता श्रेणी तय करने में मदद करने के लिए प्रदान की गयी है। यदि आप हाँ का चयन करते हैं, तो आप निम्नलिखित अस्वीकरण( डिस्क्लेमर ) को अवश्य पढ़ें और समझें। अस्वीकरण : यद्यपि आवेदन पत्र की इस सुविधा में श्रेणियों की परिशुद्धता (एक्यूरेसी ) सुनिश्चित करने के लिए सभी प्रयास किये गए हैं, तथापि उनका प्रयोग किसी भी प्रकार के कानूनी प्रयोजन या कानूनी विवरण के रूप में नहीं किया जा सकता है। संरक्षक / अभिभावक को सलाह दी जाती है कि श्रेणी की परिशुद्धता के लिए अपने कार्यालय प्रमुख से व्यावसायिक परामर्श प्राप्त करें और श्रेणी सत्यापित होने पर ही ऑनलाइन प्रवेश पोर्टल पर अपना फॉर्म भरें । अभिवावकों को इस बात पर ज़ोर देकर यह सलाह दी जाती है कि वे नीचे दी गयीं (बिंदु xii) प्रवेश में प्राथमिकताएं ध्यानपूर्वक पढ़ें और सर्वोच्च प्राथमिकता वाली श्रेणी, जिसके अंतर्गत प्रत्येक विद्यालय में प्रवेश आवेदन किया जा सकता है, का चयन करें। ध्यान दें कि एक ही बच्चे के लिए सेवा श्रेणी की प्राथमिकता पिता / मां के लिए विभिन्न विद्यालयों में अलग हो सकती है । अभिवावकों को सलाह दी जाती है कि वे स्वतंत्र रूप से प्रत्येक विद्यालय के लिए अपने बच्चे के लिए लागू उच्चतम प्राथमिकता वाली श्रेणी को निर्धारित करें और ऑनलाइन आवेदन पत्र में इसको इंगित करे । उदाहारणार्थ, मान लीजिए कि एक बच्चे की मां सशस्त्र बल में श्रेणी -1 कर्मचारी (केविसं के दिशानिर्देशों के अनुसार नीचे देखें) हैं और उसके पिता सार्वजनिक क्षेत्र की परियोजना (माना ओएनजीसी) में श्रेणी -1 कर्मचारी (केविसं के दिशानिर्देशों के अनुसार, नीचे देखें) हैं । मान लें कि वो बच्चा तीन विभिन्न श्रेणियों में केंद्रीय विद्यालयों में प्रवेश के लिए आवेदन कर रहा है - विद्यालय 1 रक्षा क्षेत्र में है, विद्यालय 3 परियोजना क्षेत्र (माना ओएनजीसी) में है | इस स्थिति में बच्चे के प्रवेश की अधिकतम संभावना, यदि वो अपनी माँ की श्रेणी 1 के अंतर्गत विद्यालय-1 में, और अपने पिता की श्रेणी-1 के अंतर्गत विद्यालय-3 में प्रवेश के लिए आवेदन करता है, होगी । हां / नहीं विकल्प का चयन करें। हाँ विकल्प केवल तभी चुना जाना चाहिए जब माता/ पिता सेवा श्रेणी चुनने में सहायता की आवश्यकता हो, अन्यथा नहीं विकल्प चुना जाना चाहिए। यदि हाँ विकल्प चुना गया है, तो कृपया नीचे दिए गए बिंदु x और xi के माध्यम से जाएं। नहीं विकल्प चुनने पर, x और xi प्रदर्शित नहीं होंगे।
संस्था का चयन करें: कृपया उस संस्था का चयन करें, जिसमें बच्चे के माता/पिता कार्यरत हैं, और जिनकी सेवा प्राथमिकता श्रेणी के आधार पर प्रवेश के लिए विचार किया जाना है। संस्थाओं की सूची, आपके द्वारा आवेदन किये जाने वाले विद्यालय द्वारा प्रदान की गई जानकारी पर आधारित है, और आवश्यक नहीं है कि यह सूची पूर्ण हो। यदि माता-पिता की संस्था ड्रॉपडाउन सूची में मौजूद नहीं है, तो इस विद्यालय के लिए सेवा प्राथमिकता श्रेणी का चयन करने में आपको पोर्टल से कोई और मदद नहीं दी जा सकती है। इस स्थिति में, आपको केविसं दिशानिर्देशों को पढ़कर एवं केविसं से उचित सलाह लेने के बाद, आवेदन में बिंदु xii पर जाना होगा और उपयुक्त सेवा प्राथमिकता श्रेणी चुनना होगा।
नियुक्ति की स्थिति का चयन करें: यदि आपने एक संस्था का चयन किया है, जिसमें बच्चे के माता-पिता कार्यरत हैं/ थे, तो कृपया उनकी नियुक्ति की स्थिति का चयन करें, जिनकी सेवा प्राथमिकता श्रेणी में प्रवेश के लिए विचार किया जाना है। यदि माता-पिता की इच्छित नियुक्ति की स्थिति ड्रॉपडाउन सूची में मौजूद नहीं है, तो इस विद्यालय के लिए सेवा प्राथमिकता श्रेणी का चयन करने में पोर्टल की ओर से आपको कोई और मदद नहीं दी जा सकती है। इस स्थिति में, आपको केवीएस दिशानिर्देशों को पढ़कर एवं केविसं से उचित सलाह लेने के बाद, आवेदन में बिंदु xii पर जाना होगा और उपयुक्त सेवा प्राथमिकता श्रेणी चुनना होगा । माता/पिता जिनकी सेवा प्राथमिकता श्रेणी के आधार पर प्रवेश के लिए विचार किया जाना है, की संस्था और नियुक्ति की स्थिति चुनने पर, सेवा प्राथमिकता श्रेणी / उपश्रेणी निम्न बिंदु xii में स्वतः ही भर जाएगी। हालाँकि, स्वतः चयनित सेवा प्राथमिकता श्रेणी का उद्देश्य केवल आपके द्वारा प्रदत्त माता/ पिता के लिए संस्था और नियुक्ति की स्थिति की जानकारी के आधार पर दिया जाने वाला एक सुझाव मात्र है। इसे कानून के बयान के रूप में या किसी कानूनी उद्देश्य के लिए इस्तेमाल नहीं किया जाना चाहिए। आपको बिंदु xii में चुनी गयी सेवा प्राथमिकता श्रेणी सही होने की जाँच उपयुक्त केविसं अधिकारी से संपर्क करके सुनिश्चित करना चाहिए । किसी अन्य कारण से यदि आपको लगता है कि स्वतः चयनित सेवा प्राथमिकता श्रेणी / उप-श्रेणी सही नहीं है, तो आप केविसं दिशानिर्देशों के अनुसार स्वतंत्र रूप से सही सेवा श्रेणी / उपश्रेणी का चयन कर सकते हैं और इसे सीधे बिंदु xii में दर्ज कर सकते हैं । स्वतः से चयनित सेवा प्राथमिकता श्रेणी किसी भी समय ओवर-राइड और बदली जा सकती है। टिप्पणी : उपरोक्त x और xi में आपके द्वारा दी गई जानकारी केवल आपके लिए उपयुक्त सेवा श्रेणी चुनने में मदद के लिए है, यह जानकारी आपके द्वारा आवेदन किए जा रहे विद्यालयों को प्रस्तुत नहीं की जाएगी।

अभिभावक का चयन करें जिनकी सेवा श्रेणी और स्थानांतरणों पर प्रवेश के लिए विचार किया जाएगा: जैसाकि उपरोक्त उदाहरण (उपरोक्त बिंदु ix देखें), में बताया गया है कि सेवा श्रेणी जिसके तहत आवेदन किया जा रहा है, विभिन्न विद्यालयों के लिए अलग-अलग हो सकती हैं । कृपया प्रत्येक विद्यालय के लिए पिता / माता की सेवा श्रेणी सावधानीपूर्वक चुनें । ध्यान दें कि सेवा श्रेणी की प्राथमिकता पिता / माता के लिए अलग-अलग हो सकती हैं। आपको सलाह दी जाती है कि चयनित विद्यालयों के लिए उच्चतम प्राथमिकता वाली श्रेणी को ही चुनें क्योंकि यह प्रवेश की प्राथमिकता को प्रभावित कर सकती है ।
अभिभावक की सेवानिवृत्ति की तारीख कृपया माता/ पिता (जिनकी प्राथमिकता सेवा श्रेणी चुनी गयी है) की सेवानिवृत्ति की तारीख दर्ज करें। यह एक अनिवार्य फील्ड है। यदि चयनित विद्यालय, IHL स्कूल / प्रोजेक्ट स्कूल श्रेणी के अंतर्गत आता है और आवेदक ने प्राथमिकता सेवा श्रेणी को I और सेवा उपश्रेणी के रूप में e : सेवानिवृत्त माता-पिता जो स्थायी कर्मचारी थे (IHL स्कूल के लिए) अथवा c: सेवानिवृत्त माता-पिता जो परियोजना कर्मचारी थे ( प्रोजेक्ट स्कूल के लिए) चुना है, तभी केवल इस फ़ील्ड को प्रदर्शित किया जायेगा एवं यह फ़ील्ड अनिवार्य होगी । अन्यथा यह फ़ील्ड ऑनलाइन फ़ॉर्म में प्रदर्शित नहीं होगी। यह फ़ील्ड प्रत्येक चुने गए विद्यालय के लिए अलग होगी ।
क्या चयनित अभिववक का प्रवेश लेने की तिथि के पिछले 7 वर्षों में स्थानांतरण हुए हैं : यदि यह जानकारी ऊपर चुनी गई सेवा प्राथमिकता श्रेणी के लिए लागू नहीं है, तो यह फ़ील्ड प्रदर्शित नहीं होगी। अन्यथा, कृपया "हाँ" अथवा ‘नहीं/लागू नहीं" चुने, जो भी उचित हो। टिप्पणी : कर्मचारी को स्थानांतरित तब माना जाएगा यदि सक्षम अधिकारी द्वारा उसे एक स्थान/शहरी संकुल से दूसरे स्थान/शहरी संकुल में स्थानांतरित कर दिया गया है और यह स्थान कम से कम 20 किलोमीटर की दूरी पर स्थित है तथा एक स्थान पर ठहराव की अवधि कम से कम 6 महीने( 180 दिन) की होनी चाहिए । अधिक जानकारी के लिए कृपया केवीएस दिशानिर्देश पढ़ें। (यहाँ देखें)
कृपया तालिका में (01-04-2017 से पिछले 7 वर्षों के दौरान) स्थानांतरण विवरण भरें : प्रवेश के लिए मान्य स्थानांतरण के विवरण ही भरें। तालिका में नई पंक्ति जोड़ने के लिए 'ऐड ट्रांसफर डिटेल्स' पर क्लिक करें। किसी पंक्ति को हटाने के लिए, 'डिलीट' बटन पर क्लिक करें। ऐसे सभी आवेदन, जो न्यूनतम 20 किलोमीटर की दूरी और कम से कम 6 महीने( 180 दिन) के आवास के मानदंडों को पूरा नहीं करते हैं, स्वत: अयोग्य घोषित कर दिए जाएंगे, संग्रहीत नहीं किये जायेंगे और प्रवेश के प्रयोजन के लिए इन्हें पात्र स्थानांतरण के रूप में नहीं माना जाएगा। कृपया "कार्यालय से रिलीज होने की तिथि" के अंतर्गत किसी स्थान से रिलीज़ की केवल आधिकारिक तिथि बताएं। यदि आप आवेदन भरते समय अपने वर्तमान स्थान (कार्यालय) में कार्यरत हैं, तो कृपया "कार्यालय से रिलीज होने की तिथि" के अंतर्गत वर्तमान तिथि को न जोड़ें।
कक्षा 1 के लिए, जन्म पंजीकरण प्राधिकृत सक्षम प्राधिकारी द्वारा जारी जन्म प्रमाण पत्र। इसमें अधिसूचित क्षेत्रीय परिषद/नगर पालिका/नगर निगम के प्रमाण-पत्र, ग्राम पंचायत, सैनिक अस्पताल और रक्षा कर्मियों के सेवा अभिलेखों के जन्मतिथि संबंधी उद्धरणों को लिया जाएगा। ऑनलाइन प्रवेश पोर्टल पर इन प्रमाण-पत्रों का एक स्कैन / चित्र अपलोड किया जाना आवश्यक है। प्रवेश कन्फ़र्म होने पर विद्यालय में जन्म तिथि का मूल प्रमाणपत्र प्रस्तुत किया जाना चाहिए। विद्यालय द्वारा सत्यापन के बाद इसे अभिवावक को लौटा दिया जाएगा ।
अनुसूचित जाति / अनुसूचित जनजाति / अन्य पिछड़ा वर्ग (एनसीएल) / ईडब्ल्यूएस / बीपीएल श्रेणी के तहत आवेदन करने वाले बच्चों के लिए, एक प्रमाण पत्र कि बच्चा अनुसूचित जाति / अनुसूचित जनजाति / ईडब्ल्यूएस / ओबीसी (नॉन क्रिमिलेयर) / बीपीएल श्रेणी से संबंध रखता है, संबंधित राज्य सरकार/संघ सरकार के संबंधित प्राधिकारी द्वारा जारी किया होना चाहिए । यदि बच्चे का प्रमाण-पत्र उपलब्ध नहीं है तो ऐसी स्थिति में प्रवेश के प्रयोजन हेतु माता अथवा पिता के प्रमाण-पत्र को आरंभ में स्वीकार कर लिया जाए। किन्तु बच्चे से संबंधित प्रमाण पत्र प्रवेश की तारीख से 03 महीने की अवधि के भीतर जमा करना होगा ।
"दिव्यांग " श्रेणी के तहत आवेदन करने वाले बच्चों के लिए, भारत सरकार के दिनांक 04.05.1999 के कार्यालय ज्ञापन संख्या 36035/85/स्था./(एससीटी) में परिभाषित सिविल सर्जन/पुनर्वास केंद्र अथवा किसी अन्य सक्षम अधिकारी द्वारा जारी प्रमाण-पत्र जिसमें बच्चे की विकलांगता प्रमाणित (जहां भी लागू हो) की गई हो । उन मामलों में जहां बच्चे की विकलांगता प्राचार्य द्वारा स्वयं स्पष्ट रूप से देखी जा सकती है उस स्थिति में बिना किसी प्रमाण-पत्र के विकलांगता मानी जाए । तथापि अभिवावक को सक्षम अधिकारी से प्रमाण-पत्र प्राप्त करने की सलाह देते हुए इसे बाद में जमा करने के लिए कहा जाए ।
सेवा श्रेणी में स्थानांतरण के तहत आवेदन करने वाले बच्चों के लिए, पिछले 7 वर्षों के दौरान हुए स्थानांतरणों की संख्या को दर्शाने वाला एक सेवा प्रमाण-पत्र जो कार्यालयाध्यक्ष द्वारा विधिवत हस्ताक्षरित और मोहर सहित हो तथा उसमें कार्यालयाध्यक्ष का नाम, पदनाम और अन्य जरूरी ब्यौरे स्पष्ट अक्षरों में लिखे गए हों।
वर्दीधारी रक्षा कार्मिकों के लिए सेवानिवृति प्रमाण-पत्र ।

पंजीकरण और प्रवेश आवेदन के प्रस्तुतीकरण मात्र से ही किसी केंद्रीय विद्यालय में प्रवेश का अधिकार प्राप्त नहीं होगा ।
अपूर्ण आवेदन पत्र अस्वीकार कर दिए जाएंगे। सभी पूर्ण और जमा किए गए आवेदनों पर विचार होने के बाद भी रिक्त सीट होने पर, विद्यालय के प्रधानाचार्य अपने विवेक से बाद में फॉर्म को पूरा करने की अनुमति दे सकता है।
गलत प्रमाण-पत्र के आधार पर प्रवेश को प्राचार्य द्वारा तुरंत रद्द कर दिया जाएगा और प्राचार्य द्वारा की गई ऐसी कार्रवाई के विरुद्ध किसी भी अपील पर विचार नहीं किया जाएगा।
कक्षा-I में प्रवेश हेतु पंजीकरण ऑनलाइन माध्यम से किया जाएगा । दो पालियों वाले केंद्रीय विद्यालय में, प्रत्येक पाली को प्रवेश के उद्देश्य के लिए अलग विद्यालय के रूप में माना जाएगा । पाली बदलने की अनुमति नहीं दी जाएगी । यदि एक ही केंद्रीय विद्यालय में एक ही बच्चे के लिए कई पंजीकरण फॉर्म जमा किए जाते हैं, तो केवल अंतिम आवेदन प्रपत्र ही प्रवेश प्रक्रिया में सम्मिलित किया जाएगा ।
श्रेणी I, II, III और IV के प्रवेश के संबंध में, अभिवावक द्वारा उनकी सेवा प्रमाण पत्र के रूप में प्रस्तुत प्रमाणों की सत्यता को संबंधित विद्यालय के प्राचार्य द्वारा अनिवार्य रूप से सत्यापित किया जाना चाहिए।
मैं प्रमाणित करता हूं कि मैंने इस ऑनलाइन आवेदन पत्र को भरने के लिए निर्देशों के सभी खंडों को पढ़ा और समझा है, और मैंने निर्देशों के अनुसार ही आवेदन पत्र भरा है।
मै प्रमाणित करता /करती हूँ कि मेरे द्वारा दी गई जानकारी सही है।
मै इस शर्त से सहमत हूँ कि उपरोक्त तथ्य यदि गलत पाए जाते है, तो मेरा बच्चा/बच्ची केंद्रीय विद्यालय में प्रवेश हेतु अयोग्य होगा/ होगी।
मैं मानता / मानती हूं कि यदि एक ही बच्चे के लिए एक से अधिक आवेदन उसी स्कूल के लिए जमा किए गए हैं, तो बच्चे के सभी आवेदन पत्र उस स्कूल के लिए अमान्य कर दिए जाएंगे ।
मै, किसी भी केन्द्रीय विद्यालय द्वारा चयनित होने पर प्रवेश के दौरान "अपलोड डाक्यूमेंट्स" सेक्शन में सूचीबद्ध सभी दस्तावेजों के मूल प्रति प्रस्तुत करूंगा /करूंगी।
