    Case reviews are conducted when a child dies, or is seriously harmed, as a result of abuse or neglect. They aim to identify how local professionals and organisations can improve the way they work together to safeguard children. We work to ensure that learning from case reviews can be accessed and shared at a local, regional and national level.
