میں کچھ باتیں کہنا چاہوں گا جو ہندوستان کے وزیر اعظم نریندر مودی نے یوم اساتذہ کے موقع پر اپنے طلباء کے ساتھ گفتگو میں تعلیم، طلباء اور اساتذہ کے بارے میں کہی:

• “تعلیم کو قوم کے کردار کی تعمیر کے لیے ایک قوت بننا چاہیے۔”
• “بچوں کے ساتھ گفتگو: بچپن سے لطف اندوز ہوں۔ اپنے اندر کے بچے کو مرنے تک نہ جانے دو۔”
• “ہمیں اپنے معاشرے میں اساتذہ کا احترام بحال کرنا چاہیے۔”
• کیا ہندوستان اچھے اساتذہ برآمد کرنے کا خواب نہیں دیکھ سکتا؟
• “بچے صفائی، توانائی اور پانی کی بچت کے ذریعے قوم کی تعمیر میں اپنا حصہ ڈال سکتے ہیں۔”

یہاں پر جمع ہونے والے پرنسپل، محترم اساتذہ اور اساتذہ اور میرے عزیز ہم جماعت کو صبح بخیر۔ ہم سب یہاں ٹیچر ڈے کی تقریب منانے کے لیے جمع ہوئے ہیں۔ آج 5 ستمبر ہے۔ جو کہ تمام کالجوں اور اسکولوں میں منایا جاتا ہے تاکہ معاشرے اور ملک کے لیے ان کی گرانقدر شراکت کو ان کے اساتذہ، اپنے اساتذہ کو علم فراہم کرکے اپنے کیرئیر کو تشکیل دیا جائے۔

Hazrat Ali (A religious personality) said: “Whoever teaches me one thing, one word, whatever it may be, I am his slave and he comes to me. If he wants, he can sell me and if he wants, he can set me free”.
